Prudence Johnson is an internationally acclaimed vocalist with a
dozen recordings under her belt. She got her first national
exposure through regular appearances on Garrison Keillor’s hit
radio show “A Prairie Home Companion”, and made a cameo
appearance on the recent movie of the same name. Prudence also
appeared as the pavilion singer in Robert Redford’s “A River
Runs Through It". Her collection of international lullabies,
“Little Dreamer” was a first round Grammy nominee. Prudence is
presently touring the country behind the release of “Moon
Country” - the music of Hoagy Carmichael and other well known
composers from The Great American Songbook.
