Privacy Policy

The Homestead Center for the Arts (HCA) maintains a mailing list which is used only by the HCA and its affiliate organizations. We do not disseminate this Mailist to outside sources.

The Homestead Community Concerts is an affiliate of HCA and uses the same mailing list. Also contained in it is the ticket information.

Credit Cards: A separate file is maintained for those who pay for their subscriptions by credit card. If you subscribe in person or over the phone to our treasurer (Bill White), the information is entered into this file so that it can be uploaded to ProPay through a secure site. Your credit card number is encrypted and only Bill knows how to decipher it. Once the information has been accepted by ProPay, all paperwork containing the card number is destroyed. If instead you have an invoice sent to you by E-mail, ProPay provides you with a link to a secure site in which to enter the card number. We never even see it; we are notified by E-mail that you have made the payment.
